Pavel Belavus is a political prisoner and the founder of the Symbal.by store and cultural manager. He was born on August 22, 1987, and is recognized as a prominent figure in Belarusian cultural life. Belavus was sentenced to 13 years in a high-security penal colony and is currently serving his sentence in Mogilev prison.
