Polish Air Force units, along with allied aircraft, were scrambled due to Russian drone and missile activity near Poland’s border to protect its airspace.

The attack occurred just hours after President Volodymyr Zelensky warned, based on intelligence reports, of an imminent wave of Russian missile strikes.
